“The locking pins became faulty, Harrier very quickly sent me replacement poles.”

“I had a broken tip on my Hellvelyn poles. I contacted Customer Services who were extremely helpful and arranged for a replacement in good time for my ultra marathon. Thanks Kate and Matt, great service.”

“I had a problem with my original poles and contacted Harrier for advice. Without further discussion replacements were despatched and arrived within 48 hours. Not only that but I'd realised that the standard pole would suit me better than the long and Matt was happy to exchange them. Outstanding service. Thankyou.”
