“I had to return a jacket as I had ordered the wrong size. I emailed after 4 days to see if they had received it. They replied to my e-mail promptly to say It had not arrived. They took the trouble to email me later that day to say it had just arrived and they would send the replacement out. I received the replacement a week to the day after the original delivery. That's what I call service.”

“I ordered the Harrier coat in a couple of sizes which weren't quite the right fit, and after emailing to ask about when new stock would be in, Kate replied really quickly with the option to send put another coat in a different colour to try for size while waiting on restock in the colour I wanted! All deliveries were fast and items received well packaged, and the returns and refund process straightforward with my money being returned to my bank account as soon as my returns were received. Unfortunately the coat I decided to keep was faulty, but there was no hesitation to send me out a new one which was in perfect condition which again arrived quickly!”
