“Excellent customer service with no quibble free return and exchange when I recently returned a faulty race vest and requested a smaller size replacement. The replacement turned out to be too small and I should have stuck with the size I’d originally ordered (tip: make sure to try on the race vests with all your mandatory kit in before deciding if it is the right size!) I offered to cover the cost of postage as it was my error, but Harrier wouldn’t hear if it. Customer satisfaction is their top priority and support via email when I have needed it for returns/sizing queries has been fantastic and fast”
