“Just received my pro carbon running poles :-). I have never run with poles before, so I went out for 12 miles on the hilliest route I could find locally. Wow what a difference they make, after a short while on gentle climbs I felt like I was Nordic Skiing. Im just coming back from a possible stress fracture so my training is very reduced and I have a 100K race in four weeks, so the poles were to help me complete this event. They are amazing, another great product harrier, thank you.”

“Great quality product. So much better made and convenient than my old telescopic poles. Light and sturdy, I had considered leki or black diamond poles but after watching and reading reviews these harrier poles are comparable in performance for a much more reasonable price. Highly recommended, glad someone recommended them to me.”

“I took my new Helvellyn PRO Carbon Z-Poles for their first outing in the steep Howgill Fells and really put them to use covering 5,100 ft of ascent/descent in just 14 miles. I was very impressed with their performance and comfort. The first things you notice are the quality of the the engineering and finish. Oh, and how incredibly light they are. I’ve previously used Mountain King aluminium poles, but decided I needed something with more rigidty/strength and handle comfort. The handle grip shape/material and adjustable (soft lined) strap provide that supeior ergonomic fit and associated comfort. The Z system works a treat and so less faffy than my MK pole setup. The extra strength of the carbon structure was also more useful and reassuring on the steep ascents/decents. Overall I’m very pleased with my new poles and think they are fantastic value for money.”

“I recently bought the Helvellyn carbon poles. These poles look to be great quality especially for the price point. The only issue I've had is the guard at the base of one of the poles bent on my first run with them, so it doesn't clip back in too well anymore. However, having said that that is a very minor issue and would not stop me from purchasing the poles again. Customer service with Harrier was great and would highly recommend them to anyone.”
