Can't fault the product for the price. Light in weight easy to use and comfy in hand. Only possible downside is the foam handles, but that's being a bit picky.

I wanted to buy trail running poles for the Lakeland 100 race. Looked at a range of poles from other manufacturers but Harriers carbon poles offer the best value for money.

I've never used poles before in my life! However, I purchsed the Helvellyn PRO Carbon poles because they have been highly recommended by my influencers and my next race was the Canyons by UTMB 100k starting in Auburn, CA, USA. I did not know the race course at all but it was the first mountain course I have tried and thought I should have poles just in case! On one of the early climbs I decided to use the poles to assist my ascent and I didn't put them down for the next 50 miles until I crossed the finish line. They are super simple to erect and stow as required. Lightweight and strong. The handles are soft and comfortable and I like the softness of the wrist strap. The poles never slipped or got in my way. On the ascents the points dug in and held firm as I hauled myself up many miles of direct ascents or switchbacks. On the descents and flats I used the poles to ease the pressure on my legs. I cannot rate these poles highly enough. Thank you for producing such a great product!

Used only once so far but very happy with them. Feels good in the hand. Wrist straps are comfortable although the padded part could be a bit longer to provide more support. Each section connects easily. Looking forward to see how they will improve my running.

Amazing poles, and incredible performance for the price. I was between these and a competitor model that's a little lighter, but at nearly double the price of these. I've had trouble with rubbing using other poles in the past, but the straps and handles on these are super comfy. Nice grippy carbide tips and they deploy and pack away very easily. Nice and stiff too. The only (very minor) point I think I could pick a problem with is that the straps are a little bit stiff to adjust so kind of a pain if you want to adjust on the move (as I did after donning thick mittens), but this is an extremely minor complaint. Great first experience with Harrier and I would not hesitate to buy these or another product again!
