“My first set of poles, did my research and watched lots of You Tube reviews and decided these were the ones. Cannot believe the difference they make, not that they make me any faster - but certainly easier to run on tired legs in the hills!!! Can't wait until race day, but enjoying using them to train!”

“These are my first poles. I borrowed some walking poles to do a test run so I could check the length and then got these straight after. I love how easy they are to fold and unfold — which I can now do without looking at them while running. On a varied terrain run it's great to have the option of running with or without them. They feel light and strong. I was surprised how quickly I got used to them.”

“Poles feel great, handles and straps comfortable. Wish there was a way to keep them clipped together, the bottom two pieces have a clip, but not one to clip these to the top piece. Height adjuster very good”
