“These poles have helped massively, were easy to get to grips with and having a little adjustment was also useful as they are my first poles and wasnt sure which size to get. Had no blisters from the handles despite 36 miles/12 hours in very mixed conditions, hardly put them away but they folded down easily when needed to and seem very robust so far :)”
