I’ve never ran with poles before but these were fantastic, lightweight and fold so easily. I can attach them to my kinder vest too which allows me to have plenty of room in my bag.

Based on experience with the carbon version the build quality and colour look great. They’ll be used on the GL3D event in April and I’m sure they’ll be fine!

I ordered a pair of Harrier catbells running poles recently for hill running. I am pleased with my purchase, the poles seem well made, having a robust quality feel about them and work well in use. The are easy to collapse and assemble and stow on my running vest when not in use. The poles arrived in a cardboard parcel arrived that minimised excess packaging while protecting the poles in transit. Also included were a storage bag, instructions on their use and links to a YouTube video, and a nice buff. I think the poles are very good value and I look forward to getting many years of use out of them.

I bought a pair of Catbells poles at the last minute before a trip to Nepal. My very old and tired poles had failed, so I ordered th very late. Kate and the te rushed them out to me and I have been very impressed. Easy to use, light for aluminium, and comfy. We were only doing day treks, but with steep gradients poles always help! They were also used by an older member of our party who was suffering on the descents. Easy to adjust for different heights. Overall very pleased, so far... I have a 3 day ultra next month so will update on how they perform running

Used my poles for the first time in the snowy Highlands last week and absolutely love them. Really light and easy to fold up and stow away.

Tested these little beauties out on the Allendale Challenge - 27 miles of hell! Peat bogs and hags that just seemed to go on for 50,000 miles! The poles apart from being fantastic bog pokers were a godsend for my legs and kept me going, never used poles before but now I can see why they are so popular! They are light weight and the grips were super comfy.
