“I've been using these razors for a long time because they are the best by a long way. Smooth in use, the shave you get is fantastic. The blade at back is very useful for making a precise line.”

“I've been using Gruum for years, was initially attracted by the sustainability credentials. However, all is not good. Though the blades are less expensive than many, they go blunt frighteningly fast. The quality has declined over the years ; I suspect its built to a price point/profit margin rather than to a quality standard. The blister packs are also dreadful. There has to be a better/greener way of packaging them. Furthermore, the handle itself has several design flaws, including not holding the balde well, having insufficient resistance and bein very liable to snap when dropped, and ghiven the nature of the plastic used isnt repairable with superglue - The replacement is flimisier then my original too. All this begs the qyuestion as to how truly sustainable it is; would possibly be better off with a competitor that costs more but lasts longer.”

“I love these blades, but I’m also a little pissed that they break as soon as they fall, which could quite commonly happen if you shave in the shower as I do. I’d really appreciate is the brackets could be made in metal or at least reinforced…”

“I like the razors but can you please make it easier to get into the packs?! I'm sick of the paper cuts from the razor-like edges when separating one razor pack from the others. Thereafter, I have to risk another paper cut to remove the layer to get to the razor. Please consider making this process safer. Thank you.”
