“Scent is gorgeous but my first bottle had a broken pump. I emailed the team to let them know about the faulty product and they kindly sent out a replacement and contacted me regarding this. Lovely company with great communication”

“Pump spray did not work. Called their number and it gave me a recorded message for any customer services to email. I can’t be bothered and so I’ll never purchase again”
