“First time I used this I left the bathroom briefly with it still on my face and my husband promptly informed me I should make sure I never answer the door while caked in black face mask. Other than that, lovely product which leaves my skin feeling great”

“I personally found this item to be a little poor in quality. I love charcoal as I think it really does work but unfortuantly I found this product to be really messy and hard to use even after following instructions. I think if you could have a reinforced cardboard tub and be able to drip a bit of water on it to make a paste this would be much better? Love and appreciate the ideas behind it all the same”
