“It’s very hard to get the product on to my hands and use I’ve resorted to rubbing the bar on my hair. It does keep my hair soft so I can’t complain and I definitely think I would need a soap case in the future to stop it drying out”

If you follow the 'How to use' instructions from our website then hopefully you will achieve a better result and enjoy using the product even more: 1.Apply after shampoo. 2.Soften the conditioner bar between wet hands. 3.Work product through hair, focusing on midshaft and ends. 4.Leave for two minutes. 5.Rinse thoroughly with cold water to close the hair cuticle. OR 1.Apply after shampoo. 2.Rub the conditioner bar directly along the hair, focusing on midshaft and ends. 3.Slide your fingers or a wide tooth comb through the hair for even distribution of product. 4.Leave for two minutes. 5.Rinse thoroughly with cold water to close the hair cuticle. “I found it really hard to get enough product in my hand to condition my hair. Really annoying to have to keep going to the bar to get a tiny bit each time. Quicker and easier to use a conditioner in a bottle”

“A great idea however I found it very hard to use, I put it under the water and it didn't soften or lather on my hands so wasn't sure if I had any of the product on my hands to put on my hair! My hair was very knotted and hard to comb through after washing, which made me think that perhaps none of the conditioner had come off the bar hmmm”
