“I purchased the multi-purpose balm and a few other small products to try out this brand, while I think the scent is nice, and the formula is nice (sometimes I wish it was a little less oily, as when I first went to open it a lot of liquid was sitting on the top), I have found a major flaw with the packaging, I introduced it into my daily skincare routine but with wet hands, and/or moisturized hands, its nearly impossible to open the tin due to its shallow design and materials. If you were planning on keeping this in a handbag etc then this would not be a problem but I find it extremely frustrating and a massive design flaw, especially being an industry designer myself (So maybe I just have high expectations?)”

“This is a handy, small pot with screw top lid. The balm is quite solid so you do not use too much. I like the smell. I have used it on my lips and on some very dry patches on the side of my finger after gardening. It is also useful for taming frizzy hair ends used very sparingly. Very pleased.”

“As someone who has sensitive skin and has tried for 2 decades to reduce the number of manufactured chemicals I put into or onto my body, I am blown away by the products I have received from Gruum! I rarely introduce a new product, for fear of a reaction, but when I do I always start small and build up. So your introductory postage-only offer with Pact was the ideal opportunity for me to 'suck it and see', as I felt I had nothing to lose. I've been using the products I received for 2 weeks now, and am absolutely loving the results. I finally feel that I've found skin products that match my environmental ethics, are kind to my skin, and make me feel I'm really treating myself! Thank you so much; I'll be back for more!”
