“Have no idea what this is supposed to do. Didnt smell very nice. Rubbed a small amount into the back on my hand and made my skin red.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review. We are sorry for any confusion caused, this is not what we want our customers to go through so here is a guide on how to use the Multi-Purpose Balm. It can be used on skin and hair in two different ways. Skin 1. Calm irritation and replenish dry patches. 2. Take a small amount of the balm and apply to problem areas, massaging into clean skin using circular motions. 3. If using on your feet, be sure to exfoliate with a pumice stone to remove dead skin before applying the balm, for best results. Hair 1. Reduce fly-aways and encourage glossy locks. 2. Take a small amount of the balm and rub across your fingers before gently working evenly through clean, damp hair. 3. You might want to focus on the last few inches of your hair, or apply from the root down, depending on your scalp and hair type as well as where the issues can be found.
