“As yet I don’t think I have noticed a difference - too early to tell. I have been using gruum shampoo and conditioner bars for a while now and would never change. My hair has benefitted immensely and no more tickly scalp. (I usually use the volumising conditioner)”

“This conditioner bar is amazing. I have used other bars which have left my hair dry and tangled and very difficult to get a comb through. With this one, however, I only need to rub the bar through my hair lengths, and I find I can easily run my fingers through to disperse it. But I was amazed that no strands of my hair were in my fingers which is great, as I have been suffering hair thinning since the menopause 12 years ago. I have now started a subscription!”
