You’re absolutely right — our glôs Pro Conditioner Bar has a rich, oil-based formula, which can make it feel a little different to apply compared to traditional conditioners. We recommend warming the bar between your hands or running it directly over wet hair for a few seconds to help it glide more easily and release those nourishing oils. “Really disappointed with the conditioner bar, especially compared to the shampoo bar which is great. There is no lather, I struggled to get anything from it at all despite vigorously rubbing it in my hands and even on my hair but very little came off it leaving my hair unconditioned which is annoying as I’d saved it for my holiday and could really do with having a good conditioner in the sun!”

Hi Katie, Thanks so much for your review — we're really pleased to hear you’re enjoying the shampoo bar, though we're sorry the conditioner bar didn’t quite meet your expectations, especially while you were on holiday. That’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide. Our conditioner bars are formulated to be gentle and nourishing, and while they don’t lather like shampoo, they should still deliver great results when applied correctly. For best use, we recommend rubbing the conditioner bar directly along the lengths of your hair from roots to ends, then massaging it in with your fingers. This helps release more of the product and makes it easier to distribute. We really appreciate your feedback — it helps us continue to improve our products.
