“Really disappointed with the conditioner bar, especially compared to the shampoo bar which is great. There is no lather, I struggled to get anything from it at all despite vigorously rubbing it in my hands and even on my hair but very little came off it leaving my hair unconditioned which is annoying as I’d saved it for my holiday and could really do with having a good conditioner in the sun!”

That’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide. Our conditioner bars are formulated to be gentle and nourishing, and while they don’t lather like shampoo, they should still deliver great results when applied correctly. For best use, we recommend rubbing the conditioner bar directly along the lengths of your hair from roots to ends, then massaging it in with your fingers. This helps release more of the product and makes it easier to distribute. We really appreciate your feedback — it helps us continue to improve our products. “Unlike the shampoo this broke up into pieces which what impossible to use, so am still using shampoo but not with the conditioner. Before it broke up I liked using it, you don’t need much and my hair was knot free.”

“Really like this bar. It’s very conditioning without over moisturising my hair. Washes out well. Doesn’t feel like it’s massively saturating the hair when using it and until I’ve brushed it through my hair with a tangle teezer it feels like nothings on my hair but once I do, my hair soaks it in nicely. My wavy/curly hair loves it. Seems to be lasting a while which makes the price seem reasonable to me. Been using it for about a month and it’s barely used any. One thing is it can get a little mushy and sometimes small pieces come off, which will shorten the lifespan of the bar but also then means I need to make extra sure I’m rinsing it all out in case pieces get lost in my hair. Not sure how to avoid that but it’s a bit annoying. Overall really like the product though.”
