“It's nice, but I find the bottle is poor quality and it like shrinks and bends into itself when squeezed and I end up with a tonne of liquid just pouring down my hand whenever I try spray it. I haven't used it after I tried a good few times, not until I can get it in a new bottle and I've been too busy to faff around. The packaging is off-putting brand-wise, which is a shame as I really want you guys to do well. Your products and ideas are so unique and I think you're brilliant!”

“Gorgeous products and great customer service! I’ve placed 2 orders with Grüum now, a sleep/relax bundle and home bundle, both of which I’m so impressed with! All the products smell amazing and the relaxing sleep mist is definitely a favourite! The customer service I received when one of the products in the home bundle was sold out was brilliant. Alex the member of staff who resolved the issue, responded very quickly and I was very happy with the outcome. I look forward to trying more Grüum products in the future!”
