“On the first occasion of wearing these, they didn't feel too snug but I set off anyway. On my return after a 3 hour walk, I was in no rush to remove them as they were so comfortable, effectively moulding to the shape of my feet. As well as total comfort, they are warm and waterproof on wet ground. I'm very happy with this product.”
“Although these are wide fit,they are the most uncomfortable boots I've ever had and i have had a few pairs in my time as i do a lot of walking
They have very little or non cushioning on the soles,they hurt under the instep and move around the heel section with little support
I have tried to wear them in but they are non forgiving and also the lace cleats bend outwards so have to keep bending them back
Plus side is they are certainly waterproof”
“I researched for some new boots which needed to be wide fitting and have a drop to aid my plantar fascia (Contacted them to ask if there was a drop and got back to me with 10mm. It's a pity they and other companies don't all put this on information on their website). So glad I found these boots, after 10mins of first walk and settling in with my fat feet they fit like a glove. Couldn't recommend them enough and will buy again.”
“I'm extremely happy with my boots, straight out of the box they were comfortable. They are a bit flexible but that suits my intended use for these boots. My feet gave got wider over the years and I was finding my Scapa boots too narrow which was causing my little toe to overlap.These boots have remedied this. The only thing I'd have liked more is a slightly stiffer sole. I'd definitely recommend them.”
