“This lightweight moisturiser felt very light and soothing on my sensitive, rosacea prone skin. After 30 minutes I was glad I'd done a 2p sized patch test on one cheek. The whole side of my face became bright red, itchy, tight and swollen. By the following morning my eye had swollen shut. I was on prescription steroids and anti-histamines for five days. This product might be good for some sensitive skins, but definitely not for mine. HOWEVER, I would like to mention that Green People gave me a full, quibble free refund. Try it, you might like it more than I did!”

Unfortunately it would be very hard to pin point which exact ingredient may be the issue without performing an allergy test. Every individual is unique in their chemical and biological make-up, it is therefore impossible to create skin care products that are suitable for absolutely everybody. We select our product ingredients with great care, to minimise the potential for allergic reactions and sensitivities. Even natural ingredients can cause reactions and some people can be just as sensitive to them as to synthetic chemical ingredients.
