“I bought this moisturiser along with Neutral Serum and have binned my off-the-shelf supermarket type old one as this moisturiser really works. I have spot prone skin so I'm pleased to say this hasn't clogged my pores. I also suffer from dry patches (winter skin) and oily patches. I've used the combination of products before applying makeup and my skin looks much better. On makeup free days, it mattyfies the skin so I don't look 'shiny'. So, if you have acne prone/oily+dry combination/sensitive skin, this will work for you on every level. I've tried other brands of organic skincare which feel 'heavy' and this does not. There is a slight scent which I don't find unpleasant and I would definitely buy this and the serum again when I run out - which won't be for a while as you don't have to apply loads to get a nice feel.”
“I've been searching for a replacement to the Aubrey Organics range for years, but every product I tried irritated my skin. This silky moisturiser is the best I've found finally. It's quite thick so is very easy to apply evenly (it doesn't run everywhere!) and soaks in quickly. My skin feels silky smooth and it seems to last all day. “My favourite face cream. The only thing I've found that first make my sensitive skin react. Cruelty free and vegan and no vitamin e / tocepherol (which makes my skin react). Thank you, I will continue to use - please don't ever change the ingrefients!”

Neutral Day Moisturiser 50 ml, and two samples (neutral hydrating serum + 24 hour anti-ageing cream). Fast relief and help for my facial skin,
Why I turned to Green People:
I need natural products which will help to keep my facial skin moisturised and help it repair itself. I am 43 and my facial skin has taken a battering in the last 24 months from overwork, stress, exhaustion, sun sensitivity... all of which has led to extremely sensitive, dry skin on my face with the beginnings of rosacea. It feels horrible and when I look in the mirror I don't like what I see. Doctors and dermatologist want to prescribe steroids and chemical products. I don't want any of that stuff near my face. It just irritates and makes things worse. Misery. I wrote to Green People to ask for some samples: GP were really helpful.
How I got on with the products (I used each one separately):
Neutral Day Moisturiser: this really calmed my skin and left it feeling smooth. Some areas of skin still itched at times during the day, but it's difficult to know whether dryness or stress or something else was the cause.
Hydrating serum sample: my skin liked this A LOT. I used this under moisturiser and my skin felt really good and hydrated.
24-hour ageing cream:
Initially this seemed to cause a little redness. It's possible I put too much on at once, but later on my skin was smooth, not red at all, and feeling very healthy. And not itchy or dry at all.”
“This lightweight moisturiser felt very light and soothing on my sensitive, rosacea prone skin. After 30 minutes I was glad I'd done a 2p sized patch test on one cheek. The whole side of my face became bright red, itchy, tight and swollen. By the following morning my eye had swollen shut. I was on prescription steroids and anti-histamines for five days. This product might be good for some sensitive skins, but definitely not for mine. HOWEVER, I would like to mention that Green People gave me a full, quibble free refund. Try it, you might like it more than I did!”
Thank you for your review. We are so sorry to hear you have reacted to our day moisturiser. Unfortunately it would be very hard to pin point which exact ingredient may be the issue without performing an allergy test. Every individual is unique in their chemical and biological make-up, it is therefore impossible to create skin care products that are suitable for absolutely everybody. We select our product ingredients with great care, to minimise the potential for allergic reactions and sensitivities. Even natural ingredients can cause reactions and some people can be just as sensitive to them as to synthetic chemical ingredients.
