“It has a nice, light consistency. Lighter than the 24 hour cream and the Night Truffle Cream (I've tried both). However, this broke me out and made my skin itchy and red. I suspect the Willow Bark. I think GP have a bit of a hole in their sensitive range, because I have oily skin with contact dermatitis and extremely sensitive, so I need something as light in consistency as this, but something that is only meant to calm irritated skin, not target blemishes. Perhaps use the same recipe as this Light Moisturiser, but take out the Willow Bark and replace it with Oat Extract?”

You’re absolutely right that the Scent Free Light Moisturiser was formulated to be lightweight and to help balance skin that may be prone to blemishes, which is why it contains Willow Bark. While many people tolerate this well, we appreciate that for extremely sensitive or reactive skin, even gentle actives can sometimes be too much.
Your suggestion of a lightweight, calming-only moisturiser without blemish-targeting ingredients and with soothing botanicals such as oat is genuinely helpful. We’ll be feeding this back directly to our product development team, as feedback like this highlights important gaps and real skin needs that we want to support better.
