We completely understand that the texture can feel quite thick, especially if you are used to conventional sun creams. This is because we build our SPFs as skin first products, rich in nourishing and moisturising ingredients rather than the lighter, water-based formulas you might find in mainstream brands. It is a deliberate choice, but we know it is not for everyone.
A tip that may help is to warm the cream between your fingers before applying and pat rather than rub it into the skin. This can really help with absorption and reduce any residue.

“Really thick and takes quite a bit to rub in. It reduces prickly heat but definitely doesn’t eliminate it. I found when in water whilst having it on it became really slimy. If you’re hoping it will be the answer to completely get rid of prickly heat for me it didn’t.”
