“Bought this to try after suffering from heat rash/prickly heat any time I am in extreme heat.
I’ve tried so many sun creams over the years. I went to Spain and the temperature was 37 degrees and sunny, I was there for 10 days. Unfortunately (the same as always) after 3 days in the sun I came out in heat rash on my legs, arms and torso. I had such high hopes for this suncream, but unfortunately didn’t work for me like it has for others. I did like the suncream, it didn’t flare up my eczema as its scent free. It does go on very white and thick but after some rubbing in it does soak in nice, a little goes a long way, and didn’t leave my skin greasy which was nice. I like the ingredients in this and it’s a great suncream, I didn’t burn at all even in the extreme sun. However it didn’t help nor prevent my prickly heat which is the main reason I bought it.
I would continue to use it for the rest of the family, however for me the search continues for a suncream that can prevent the misery of prickly heat.”

We are sorry to hear the prickly heat was not prevented on this occasion, particularly after such high hopes and so many years of searching. We are really glad it worked well for your eczema and kept you burn-free in 37 degree heat.
One thing we do want to gently raise is that applying enough product is just as important as the formula itself. You need at least 30ml to cover the whole body for each application to achieve the full SPF protection and prickly heat prevention the formula is designed to deliver. Applying too little can significantly reduce its effectiveness, so we would really encourage you to be generous next time and reapply every two hours and after swimming. It may make all the difference!
