“My daughter has a bad allergy to all sun creams and I have been searching for years for one that won't affect her skin. Usually she would have to put up with irritation and wash her skin when home. I was recommended this by a colleague and it worked fantastically, it didn't irritate her skin at all. We are sorry to hear that this was not effective at preventing you from experiencing prickly heat. I can confirm that our Sun Creams are non-pore- clogging.
Green People avoid ingredients that are commonly used in other high street sun creams, such as petroleum jelly, paraffin waxes and silicones. These ingredients make those products 'waterproof', however they don't allow the skin to breathe, which can result prickly heat and other reactions.
Our Sun Creams contain organic plant oils and plant-based waxes, that allows the skin to breathe, while also making them 'water repellent'. Allowing the skin to breathe, significantly reduces to chances of prickly heat and pores getting blocked.
Our sun lotions have helped many customers with their fight with prickly heat and for some our sun cream is all they use. Unfortunately, every bodies skin is different and we cannot guarantee that our sun lotions will be the same for everyone.
There are many ways to prevent suffering from prickly heat, not only what you put on your skin but things like keeping cool & wearing loose clothing.
