“Disappointed, having told Ian I was away for the month of June in the USA, and I would not be contactable by phone, he assured me that you would email through delivery details and delivery in July would not be a problem ( when I returned) however I have now learnt that my green house has been derived and left outside. (£2000+) A neighbour has now put it in my garage for checking when I return. Regards A M Herrington”

“I have yet to receive my purchase after a month from order. When ordered I stated I required the delivery the following week. Greenhouse stores confirmed this wouldnt be a problem. I was then informed by Suncast products the product was out of stock but should be delivered w/c 27th April. It is now delayed till mid to end of May but not guaranteed. Suncast products are very apologetic but no correspondance has been received from Greenhouse Stores re the delay.”

“The instruction book needs to be rewritten and laid out more clearly. Had several people trying to follow the instructions, after several days and with great difficulty it is now assembled, although still not sure about end stop, but it works the way we have put it, not sure it's correct, also low threshold unable to put on as door wouldn't close! Nothing wrong with the quality of materials just awful instructions.”
