“order early feb '15, advised of due delivery, after chasing, 18/03/15. delivery did not take on that day, 'phoned manufacturer at 5.00 pm, was advised product would not be delivered that day due traffic after staying in for delivery, although vehicle had passed my area to go to south wales, would be delivered next day at mid day. finally arrived 2.30pm and when unloaded pack of glass was broken. advised manufacturer of situation who stated they would 'phone me next day 20/03/15 with replacement delivery, still waiting for call.”
