“The difficulty erecting the greenhouse was not made clear in your sales publicity. It was a nightmare and outside help was required which cost nearly as much as the greenhouse. The instructions and illustrations were confusing. It is now erected and looks OK . Not perfect but will do the job intended.”

“Purchased a 8" x6" green al Venus model.Delivery very good, but assembly instructions just noted drawings, which needed carefully studying to make sure assembly correct. Vital that you make sure the base is level. Used a socket set to tighten nuts. Also tried to fix end to a wall, which is counter productive. Assemble greenhouse then attach afterwards if you want to do this. Had toughened glass, which is worth the additional cost Suggest you get a can of silicon spray for fitting glazing rubbers. Overall thought aluminium struts thinner than I would have liked and really it is the glass that provided the rigidity to the greenhouse. Greenhouse looks good but disappointed with assembly instructions and thickness of struts and metal. Don't now how this compares to other greenhouses.”

“Whilst I was pleased with the quality of the Halls 66 Greenhouse that I recently purchased, the instructions provided in the package were very poor. The photos in the instructions were poor photocopies and illegible making assembly time consuming. Also I was not available for the first scheduled delivery and had to wait 3 weeks for the next scheduled delivery in my area. Alan, Brentwood Essex”

“The build quality of the components for the greenhouse is excellent, and delivery was good. Customer Services were always responsive to enquiries. I am very satisfied with the finished product. However, the materials quality is not matched by the quality of the instructions, which are messy and poorly thought out, with multiple instruction sheets to cover the various permutations of size, configuration etc. For this reason I rate this only 6/10, as there is obvious room for improvement and with a small investment far better instructions tailored to the individual product could be produced.”

“We could not put it together ourselves!! Hopeless instruction. I have paid a handy man £150 !! For today. He has been struggling with it for the past two hours, and swearing none stop, and says he might give up! He is asking me is there anything else he can do around house instead of this. What more can say. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.”

“Delivery driver broke a glass pane on delivery - no surprise as it was not packaged or protected in any way. Have yet to resolve getting a replacement and the staging I ordered has still not arrived after 28 days. Poor customer service.”

“The kit instructions are reasonably good for the shed itself but totally useless and incorrect on the separate base kit! In fact the website to me implied that the base unit was required but in fact it isn't at all necessary adn a complete waste of money, unfortunately I spent hours putting this together in the rain only to find it surplus to requirements. I was also dissappointed that the instructions for the base unit weren't sent to me prior to the shed arriving as stated on the website " Full base preparation details will be forwarded to you even before your new Storemore shed is delivered to help you prepare your shed base." Shed quality a bit tinny but once all up and fixed into place appears quite sturdy, although not enough of the correct size screws supplied (some were misshaped seconds).”
