Elite Spacers Pack of 6. Spacers that create a 25mm air gap between glass and insulation to prevent condensation in Elite greenhouses. Pack of 6.. Elite Spacers create a 25mm (1 inch) gap between your greenhouse glass and internal lining material. Pack of 6. When bubble insulation sits flat against the glass, condensation builds up between the layers. That moisture pools at the bottom, grows mould, and reduces the insulation's thermal performance. These spacers hold the lining away from the glazing so air circulates in the gap. Fit them at regular intervals along the glazing bars, then attach your insulation over the top. The spacer maintains a consistent gap across the entire panel. Designed specifically for Elite greenhouse frames.. Pack of 6 Spacers.. Creates 25mm Air Gap.. Prevents Condensation Pooling.. Fits Elite Glazing Bars.. Works With Bubble Wrap and Fleece.. Free Delivery.

Arrived promptly but with absolutely no plans for any of the items. It took twice as long to erect as the online plans did not match my model - Marquess toughened glass 10 x 6 . After two calls to Eden all I got was an apology but this did not really compensate for inconvenience. It did not help that it was cold and wet when I had to erect it due to delay. The final product met the description and so far it has proved very useful. I now feel I should have paid more for a better quality greenhouse but it meets my needs for the time being.

I purchased 2 8x6 Halls Greenhouses . I already had one and found that it was of good quality. The latest variety seems to have had a slight design change to the door and it has been quite difficult to get the door to slide easily. It binds in the base track. This is due to the alloy having sharp corners that dig into the track. My husband has ,after much "fiddling about" and what is called in engineering terms "fettling" managed to get the doors to slide. There should be advice in the instructions to apply a coat of grease to the tracks to stop the alloy galling. The instructions themselves leave a lot to be desired and it was fortunate that I already have another greenhouse that I could refer to when trying to make sense of them.
