“We have started to put our greenhouse together and we are already 2 pieces missing. 2 x 8549 missing therefore unable to complete the greenhouse.”

“Value for money greenhouse. Clear instructions on erection, although fitting the glazing bars to the polycarbon sheets was time consuming. The edges of the polycarbon were sometimes ragged and care was needed to avoid damage when fitting the bars.”

“This greenhouse was practically impossible to put together, nothing like another greenhouse I put together last year. The panels would not stay in and in the end I had to put silicone in to hold it together. I got it put up in the end but only after many hours and help plus blood, sweat and tears. Anything but easy.”

“wrong aluminian base supplied (only found when erector came to put greenhouse up). corner missing on toughened glass only found by erector when assembling. should have taken 2 weeks but took 5.”

“Shelves rusty & scratched.Not in original packaging.Replacement not available until February!!One set of fixings missing.One wonders if they have been used.....possibly as demonstration model?? Have received more fittings so will use the damaged shelves until new ones arrive.Greenhouse erected & looks very good.”
