“This is an excellent greenhouse once you have got it assembled. The instructions are difficult to follow and not all the part numbering was correct. It could do with being a bit taller. as it is frustrating to keep banging your head on the door way.”

“when I ordered the greenhouse you were told you must let me know the delivery date. I told you not to deliver it unless I knew when it was coming. if you telephone and don't get a reply to confirm ok, you should not deliver it. We were in France when it was delivered.. one packet of glass was broken. about 17 panes. just about managed to lift parcels. the idea of ordering the green was to make sure I was in when it came. I told you this because I have a disabled wife. not happy with your organisation.”

“A chapter of accidents, piece delivered bent, replacement wrong colour and serious leaks. We do not blame the fitter who was very helpful but poor man, he has had a bad time with our greenhouse!”

“Very complex instructions, not clear at all. Took as ages to put together. Also, it seemed absolute nonsense that we have to cut off legs if we want to use our own base. Just ridiculous, why they could not have been screwd on to make things easier?”

“very difficult to sort and erect, Two builders failed in two days. Th bolts were inferior quality and snapped when tighten under normal tension. Very exspensive for what I got.. sorry”

“Couldn't find anyone to erect it as the guy who was recommended by Greenhouse Stores wanted to charge £250! Had it in its packaging where the delivery man left it for a few weeks only to find when opened quite a few of the glass panes were broken, very disappointed all round really. Wish I had not bought it.”
