“Disappointed greenhouse was delivered with no notice, so much for the keeping in touch promises. Unfortunately since delivered my husband has been seriously ill and unable to erect the greenhouse. We have a friend who says he will do so, hopefully in two or three weeks when he is able to do so. I will send a report of the erect greenhouse when able to do so, just hope we have all the pieces we need, before too late.”

“Hi, The instructions supplied are no good unless erected in a studio with no wind/sun or rain then it might be possible, I purchased this greenhouse some six weeks ago, it's been very hot and the picture shows my progress of two sides a back and that's as far as I goes to date, I have only got this far because I did it my way and disregarded the instructions as they are impractical and impossible to follow on ones own, this greenhouse needs three people to erect one reading two erecting then it might work but a very frustrating experience. My suggestion is that the manufactures design a greenhouse that not only fits together in eight pieces to include the polycarbonate windows, with frame welded lugs & slot so the customer just lifts the completed sides and back/doorway in place, 'easy'. J.S. I will give it another go in my own way without the assistance of the rubbish instructions before returning this greenhouse as 'not fit for purpose' and refund. My advice is not to buy this product until the design and erection system changes to sections delivered made up so that one can extend or reduce as required or one moves home. J.S”

“The instructions were not sufficiently detailed for easy assembly and the printing method used was inadequate; a better printing method should be use In two instances the joining boltholes had to be redialled as they did not fit as they were indicated on the plan”

“It took several week for the greenhouse to arrive. It was delivered ok on the day though. The items were intact and undamaged. The instructions are somewhat vague (the book contains instructions for all models) and assembling the greenhouse has proved time consuming and difficult even for experienced people.”

“Instructions poor and illustrations blurred. Glazing not as shown on instruction leaflet. Confusingly shows one pane of glass on one of sides but 3 smaller pieces supplied with both z clips and H clips, confusing!”

“Ordered a Halls 8x6 greenhouse. The confirmatory email said that Greenhouse Stores would contact me "at least 3 days before delivery by telephone. No they didn't... We had been in our back garden taking a delivery of manure (as you do), came out of the side gate to find that the greenhouse had been left by the roadside and the pallet of glass actually in the road in front of the house with a delivery note tucked into it. Nice product (we've had one before), but the service and delivery...? Sorry GHS, seriously unimpressed.”
