The container definitively did not have more than a quarter of the advertised amount of larvea. This said, I did as advertised and suspended the little bags with pegs on the tree which was covered with black flies. It rained in the night and the bags did not last long...I redistributed the content the best I could. However, he presto, all my black flies disappeared in the next few days. I have still not seen any ladybird around but am still hoping!

The delivery was what I hoped for, but unfortunately I made a mistake and didn't account for the ants - all of my larvae were eaten and I didn't see any adults! I didn't see a complete life cycle of the product (my own fault) but what I did see was what I wanted.

Swift delivery My bugs are doing their job in the garden. Less red mites & my shrubs are looking healthier

always good and prompt delivery but the last order is still undelivered over a week later, may be a royal mail problem rather than green gardener

Although I have no experience of lacebugs that were sucking the life out of both of my pieris, I had noticed hardly any ladybirds in the garden this year. A swift delivery of ladybirds and their larvae did the trick. It took about a week and the pieris have stopped losing their leaves. I reckon I might buy the ladybird breeding boxes and dot them around the garden as I rely on them to clear the black/green/white fly colonies that the ants farm and any other problem I find. Can’t recommend enough.
