My order arrived on time and in good condition. I have this last week seen adult ladybirds on my plants for the first time. I was unsure about how I felt about ordering live creatures through the post but they were all alive and moving around when they arrived. I will always try and encourage plants/habits in my garden for them to be around naturally in the future.

Sadly, I have not seen a single ladybird appear following the introduction of 200 larvae. We do have ants around, so I'm wondering if this is the problem. I also wonder whether it would have been better to buy adult ladybirds.

They came, they saw, they conquered! It worked and it was a great service

These really worked. We had a pretty severe aphid problem on certain plants and it was starting to spread. We put the larvae out before we went on holiday and when we returned we saw an amazing difference. I just wish I’d done this earlier in the season!!

They're chompy little fellas. Got straight to work (after two days-ish of acclimatisation) and chomped their way through the aphid infestation we had on our birch tree and on the flowers in the planters. We get these as, after a couple of weeks of healthy eating, they cocoon and later become Ladybirds, who just carry on chomping on the aphids and my grandson loves their wriggly butts.

Sorry to say, after following instructions none of the larvae developed. We had a heavy downpour the day after they were released.
