These did work but unfortunately I have a fox that regularly visits the garden and she took great delight in pulling th sachets off and playing with them. Although fun to watch it was an expensive toy for a fox . The sachets in my front garden, the fox doesn’t often visit, we’re left alone and did work.

I'd been blighted by Fischia gall mites for a couple of years until I discovered this treatment on the Green Gardener website. They work.

I bought the fuchsia gall mite sachets late in the season hen I needed to move my tender plants into the greenhouse for the winter. Not wanting the mite to pass to uninfected plants, I bought 1 sachet for each fuchsia. Th information sheet said that the nematodes would work in low temperatures but would be sluggish, so I was amazed at how successful they have been. The uninfected plants remain so, and the regrowth on the previously infected plants looks normal. I am so pleased. I'll certainly buy this product again in the spring to protect my fuchsias nxt year.

I was thrilled with the biological control. I was quite sceptical but the little bugs have had a positive effect on the gall mite or should I saw negative! I’m going to continue hanging the envelopes on the branches for the foreseeable future

I still have fuchsia gall mite despite just using 20 sachets and trimming the affected areas

I put the first sachets on just after growth started and a fresh lot about 2 months later - and I still have gall mite.

I really didn't hold out much hope for this product - but it has worked! Last year my fuchsias were in a terrible state with gall mite infestation and according to the internet I should dig up the plants (five very large plants which form the summer structure in my back garden) and burn them. However, I cut the plants down to soil level and hung the gall mite sachets on the remaining branches as soon as they started growing in Spring. The plants have grown beautifully with abundant flowers and no twisted, distorted, leaves. I have just replaced the sachets for new ones (a generous 20 sachets in each order) so these will see the season out. Wonderful outcome.
