“Applied as directed but minimal evidence of success. Hand removal has yielded a few hundred large healthy caterpillars so far and a moth trap has also been deployed in the hope of interrupting the life cycle enough.”

“One has the usual problems with bio solutions in that they need to have prey to survive so the trees were a bit unsightly however the new growth looks good and no evidence of new caterpillars. I have seen dead or dying caterpillars so they work; I just need to catch the little devils earlier so the damage is less obvious. The weather wasn't suitable for the nematodes when they arrived so I had to wait for the rain...”

“Used these last year with success and have now done 2 applications this year. My box is still looking good. Not sure I can keep this up in the long term do I hope British birds learn to eat the caterpillars!”

“I used these in the spring & my hedge has survived to October. I'm now seeing more damage & (as suggested) I'm applying them again. Not sure of the long term future for the hedge.”
