Thank you so much for the honest feedback about DermaBalm, we are glad to know that it did reduce the inflammation and that you found it soothing on your skin. Obviously, if the skin irritation is not affected this may indicate that you need to seek further medical opinion as there may be an infection which the DermaBalm will not be able to affect as it is not an antibiotic. Many thanks for your review of the DermaBalm. Unfortunately, there has been a problem in sourcing some of the natural ingredients in the formulation as a result of the global shortages and difficulties in logistics. The good news is that we have been able to source what we needed and can now produce a new batch... the bad news is that we don't have a delivery date as yet. But we will email you when we know when it will be in. Our apologies for the recent supply issues.

“Not impressed with this. I knew the marketing had to be an exaggeration but I am disappointed. It is very runny, which explains why it's in a pump action bottle BUT the pump action is very stiff for me to operate and the bits of my body I need to use it on don't lend themselves to being easily sprayed. I tried decanting it into a different bottle but it's as runny as water so putting it on your hand to apply elsewhere isn't really on. It doesn't seem to have any effect on my itchiness. Therefore a bit pricey for no effect.”
