Pre-assembled in a natural timber finish, the Marberry Rectangular Planter is an ideal container for a patio display. The softwood is Pressure Treated to ensure a durable construction that is protected against wood rot. Included with the planter is a liner to further protect the wood and to help get you started with your planting. “Planter was damaged during transit. . I felt the damage, supported by photographic evidence, provided to Garden Street at their request, did not warrant replacement if they were prepared to then offer a discount. Confident that as a discount would be the sensible, logical, most cost effective outcome for them I assumed it would be agreed. How wrong. Garden Street did not make it clear that my options were either to accept 'as is' or to return until I had chosen to use it in my planting scheme some 7 days after first reporting the damage and following at least 3 emails on the subject. At which point I was advised that as I had used the planter it could not be returned and that they never offered discounts; something they could have told me immediately I had reported the damage.”

“The customer service from the company was excellent as the first trough arrived with damage. However although the replacement was fine I was very surprised that the trough had no drainage holes at all. In fact the bottom was very poor quality and we ended up replacing it. In the end it was a costly exercise to get a trough that will hopefully last a good few years. Had paid for a better quality product so overall a bit disappointed.”

“I received my four planters but, sadly, the base of one of them was loose. A phone call took me to a charming young man, Sam, who assured me I would have a replacement sent. Indeed within five days my perfect replacement arrived. It only took so long because it was at a weekend! I love the planters, they are strong and sturdy. Can't wait to get them planted up in the summer. Wonderful customer service and I am assured they will last for years, they certainly look very robust so I hope they will”
