“Trying to garden naturally so nematodes seemed like a good idea. Now using for second year. I'm sure it's working as I haven't lost any more plants.”

“Used last year when found vine weevil grubs in a planter. The begonias flourished. Bought again this year for begonias and dahlias.”

“Be prepared. I learned from last year. If you are using the 100m pack, then you need to have 100 litres of water. I filled up 100 litres of buckets and watering cans in the morning with tap water to let the chemicals escape and to warm up. I started at seven pm and I finished at nine pm. Last year I only used the nematodes once, in May. I have been out at night searching for the weevils but I have found none, so far. So so far so good. This year I shall use a smaller amount in September, on the pots. That is where I found a small amount of the grubs this spring. None in the larger ground areas.”

“I put these nematodes down twice a year as I have a lot of rhododendrons. It helps to keep the weevils down to some extent.”

“Although no sight of vine weevil grubs, a couple of adults have been spotted. Taking no chances and applied the nematodes to the many new plants we have added this year. Last year not one nasty grub was seen after application; so hoping for the same result this year.”
