“I have purchased this product from several other companies before. They are live creatures and therefore need to be refridgerated immediately. Other companies have stickers on the envelopes to say such, this company doesn't and so these were not refridgerated immediately. The effectiveness of this particular batch remains to be seen.”

“Best mixed in a large bucket using the stirrer/paddle in a power drill (battery!) to get a thorough mix. I used a clean paint stirrer to make sure, which worked well.”

“Be prepared. I learned from last year. If you are using the 100m pack, then you need to have 100 litres of water. I filled up 100 litres of buckets and watering cans in the morning with tap water to let the chemicals escape and to warm up. I started at seven pm and I finished at nine pm. Last year I only used the nematodes once, in May. I have been out at night searching for the weevils but I have found none, so far. So so far so good. This year I shall use a smaller amount in September, on the pots. That is where I found a small amount of the grubs this spring. None in the larger ground areas.”
