“The autovent was as described and was surprisngly sturdy. It is performing perfectly well. Instructions were clear. The only problem that I had was getting the threaded cylinder to line up accurately with the cylinder housing but perseverance solved the problem.”

“Not quite as easy to install as I thought it would be but with a bit of cursing and patience I got there. Now that it is in place it is working well. Product good but probably would have gone better had I had a second pair of hands to hold things in place when tightening the screws. Otherwise all is good.”

“The Autovent was identical to the one I was replacing so I was able to just use the replacement cylinder also ordered. I now have a complete spare Autovent! An excellent product, the original installed about 45years ago.”

“Fairly easy to fit (but these things are always a little fiddly and the more you fit, the easier they become). Good quality. Doing the job of opening the window when the temperature rises exactly as it should.”
