It boils water efficiently and looks good in the kitchen. It is slightly chunkier than I was expecting and for older arms and shoulder can be a bit heavy when full to maximum capacity

New kettle was to replace one which failed; after-sales service very prompt and helpful so full marks there. The kettle itself? Very happy with it; it's smart and boils water rather quicker than the gas hob.

I bought a Funky kettle and toaster in November, a couple of weeks ago the on/off switch on the kettle became faulty. Contacted their customer service to report issue - within days I had a replacement kettle delivered. The products are gorgeous. Customer service outstanding ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - totally recommend.

I am very unhappy with the chrome funky kettle. The on/off switch feels cheap, I’m worried it will break off. Occasionally the lid opening switch doesn’t work. But the most annoying feature is the automatic cut out. All kettles have them and I’ve never had an issue before. But if you want to warm the teapot or mug and the kettle is removed well before it boils then usually it will not switch back on. This means it is cutting out at a temperature a lot less than 100c. This is annoying beyond words.

Didn't arrive because Evri were used as the carrier. I have been told several weeks for company to investigate before sending replacement or refunding so have cancelled the purchase. Will not use this company again. Fortunately good consumer protection for online purchases. Oh and apparently all Irish names are the same as they are calling me Eileen.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. This is the first time since we started trading in December 2018 that I have felt compelled to personally respond to a review, as the CEO of the business. We need to start with the facts. 1) You placed your order for a Funky Kettle at 9:24pm on Wednesday 26th April 2023. 2) This order was picked and packed and left our warehouse the very next evening on Thursday 27th April 2023. 3) Our free delivery states 2-3 working days for the order to arrive. 4) A delivery was attempted to your property on Tuesday 2nd May 2023 which was within the 3 working days. 5) A second attempted delivery was attempted on Thursday 4th May 2023. 6) My Customer Care Team have communicated with EVRI throughout this process and on two occasions the team asked you whether there was a safe place for your order to be left at your property. You didn't answer this question in your replies. 7) We have to follow a due process before a refund is issued to safeguard us from customers potentially trying to defraud us. If we process a refund before the 3rd delivery attempt has been made by the courier, there is a chance that the 3rd delivery would be successful by which time, had a refund already been processed, the customer would get a free kettle and we would be out of pocket. 8) We have a fantastic Customer Care Team who respond quicker to customer queries than probably any other brand in our industry. We pride ourselves on being fair with customers. 9) One of the team misspelt your name by mistake and then apologised to you in a further email. Your statement in relation to this is totally unacceptable and implies something sinister which is untrue and something the team finds repugnant. 10) When this process has completed, you will receive a refund as soon as we have notification from EVRI that the order has been returned to sender. 11) May I politely request that you do not spam our email inbox or post aggressively on our social media pages. Should you continue to do so, we will have to escalate this. 12) We look forward to bringing this to as swift a conclusion as we can and politely request that you never buy anything from us again. I absolutely love my new Funky ( it is ) kettle . Quick boiling , looks great.

I received the kettle which looked great but after a day the lid wouldn't go up when pressed. I returned it after a few days and a replacement was sent immediately. Great service and this one works!
