“A few days after delivery we realised the fridge wasn't working properly- it was freezing the stock. We asked for a replacement but were told that the manufacturer insisted on sending an engineer to try to fix the problem. After a week or so an engineer came - the door had dropped and wasn't switching on the fan. He fixed that and also fixed the door seals which were loose. It was very disappointing to receive a brand new product which wasn't working; and time-consuming to get it sorted. I'd hesitate to buy Tefcold again.”
