“The Tefcold Freezer we purchased was delivered promptly but wasn't working - it turned on but wasn't to temperature. I contacted FFD to arrange an engineer visit. He came 3 days later and said the freezer probably wasn't gassed at the factory and got it working. Ater he left, I noticed the temp guage wasn't working. I'm not confident that the freezer will be reliable. Update: it wasn't - we lost over £400 in stock. The next engineer said there was a manufacturing fault so it was collected. An expensive and disappointing experience.”
