“Delivery took longer than expected. I was asked to pay for a timed delivery as there are parking restrictions around my business although there are still ways to park during restricted hours. I duly paid the timed delivery fee of £156 (including VAT) only to be then receive deliveries outside the timed slot and during the hours they wanted to avoid as I mentioned there are still 1 hour free parking bays they can park at any hours for deliveries but when I explained this at the point of being charged £156 for timed delivery fee they argued that it’s their policy and I was cajoled to paying the additional fee so that they can delivery between 7am and 8am. However, they came and delivered after 10am so the fee of £156 FFD got me to pay was pointless and unfair.”
