“Good unit at a fair price. Freezer section would benefit from larger stage sections as large catering ice cream tubs don't fit. I would prefer an external readout of fridge and freezer temperatures. Build quality seems good.”

“Both fridge and freezer not cold even when on high setting. Fridge average temperature is 6 deg C even when door kept closed for 24 hours. Freezer takes 24 hours to make a tray of ice. I can't keep fresh meat in this fridge! My 15 year old home fridge freezer performs better than this.”

If you call the Vestfrost customer service number and quote your post code and the serial number of the unit, the technical team can then advise on how to set the temperature on the unit and if deemed necessary the may arrange for an engineer to attend.
