“It is as its advertised, main complaint, when I ordered extra shelves I was not told I had to purchase clips as well. And as one is no good without the other, it should be pointed out there is another charge. Then still waiting two week later is unacceptable.”

Dear The Frog Inn Thank you for your review. Please accept our apologies in the confusion on the clips having to be ordered separate to the shelves. Dependent on the supplier some shelves and clips come as a complete package. This is a new supplier we have started using and this was not communicated to us. The delay has been due to them waiting for the stock to come in. I have checked the progress of your order with the suppliers and they have confirmed the clips have been dispatched and are due to be delivered to you on 23/11/17. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need anything in the future.
