The KICPRX60LT single solid door upright fridge from Mondial Elite is a stainless steel built fridge, designed to endure the heavy usage of commercial kitchens. While the internal anti bacterial ABS plastic keeps food fresh and safe for consumption for longer.The fridge includes five adjustable shelves which can be set up to better organise your storage space depending on the size and dimensions of your stock. To maximise the capacity of your fridge you could designate certain shelves for smaller stock and others for larger items, meaning that there will be less gaps and unused space. The shelves can be removed to provide even more space for holding very large stock, taking them out can also be beneficial to allow for easier cleaning of the inside of the fridge and the shelves themselves. The door can be reversed if required so that it opens with either a left or right hand hinge. This may be useful when placing the fridge next to other units when you do not want opening the door to interfere with them. The door gasket is fully removable and replaceable should you want to for cleaning or if it is damaged. The fridge is fitted with a front mounted touch temperature controller and display, which gives a current readout of the units operating temperature, and also allow the temperature to be set between 2C and 10C. Fan assisted cooling ensure that the temperature stays consistently at what it is set, while automatic defrost keeps the fridge running at its optimum.
