Seems to do the job regards freezing our ice cream - the temp adjust is very simple (an unmarked brass screw on the side) but we got to the desired temp after a few attempts. It's let down by the build quality of the canopy - the flat aluminium top was poorly cut so made it fiddly to line up when assembling and the adhesive strips that hold the front glass in place were a pain to get in place. Also, the castors cannot be locked, despite black plastic foot 'locks' (they won't stay in position so the unit can move when serving ice cream). To sum up, a basic machine with poor to average finishing. I wouldn't buy one again.

Dear Bloomfields Fine, thank you for your review, i have spoken to the suppliers reference the issues above and have this response from them..... We are disappointed your customer was not satisfied with the canopy fixture and those comments have been escalated and we will look into the canopy structure and fitting. With regard to the castors when they use the locking device is it locking in the down position or can they not get it into that position? If they are in the locked position it is unusual for the castor itself still to rotate. If the surface the castor is on is a polished surface then it may be the castor sliding on that type of surface. If they cannot get the lock into the lock position it is quite firm and to get into position you have to use your foot and apply the pressure down until it clicks into the lock position. I hope this will help, FFD customer service team
