The H600WH solid door fridge from Blizzard is finished with a white laminate exterior, and has an heavy duty ABS plastic interior. With a 590 litre capacity this fridge can hold a very large amount of stock. Making it ideal for use in commercial kitchens with a high output, which requires higher capacity to store all of its ingredients. The door comes with a lock fitted as standard to provide better security against theft when the fridge is not in use. The door can be fully reversed to suit your needs, if you require it to open either left handed or right handed. The door gasket can be easily replaced, so you wont need to worry about expensive repair costs if it ever gets damaged,. The fridge comes with four adjustable shelves to allow you to customise your storage options to get the most out of it. The space between shelves can be made smaller or larger to accommodate stock of varying sizes, and to better organise its placement. The shelves can also be completely removed if required to give more space for storing larger items, or to help with cleaning. This unit comes with the BLUELINE temperature display and controller. It uses advanced algorithms to reduce the amount of energy that is required to run the fridge, without affecting its cooling performance. The control allows the temperature to be manually set between 2C and 8C. The H600WH incorporates fan assisted cooling to keep temperatures consistent, while automatic defrost will keep the unit defrosted as necessary, reducing the amount of work to keep it maintained.
