“Really pleaded with fridge. Service was dreadfull. No delivery within time scale advertised. Customer service advised me after my second contact with them,it's not their fault as they deal with coolpoint and my order from fridge freezer direct to coolpoint had gone in the junk mail. They suggested I could either cancel or just wait. Wonder how many orders go in junk mail?”

Dear Lissa Marklew Thank you for your review. Please accept our sincerest apologies in this matter. We placed your order with Coolpoint on the day we received it from you. When we contacted Coolpoint regarding your delivery, they apologised and advised they had installed a new server creating a temporary email routing issue which unfortunately included your email. This is an unforeseen error on their part and has not happened in the past or since. They did get the delivery to you on the earliest vehicle available.
