“Chocolates are nice, but unfortunately many of the chocolates were damaged probably during the delivery process. I’d be reluctant to order expensive mail order chocolates again, due to risk of contents being damaged”

“I am disappointed at th change of packaging, I thought the previous version was more reflective of the quality of the product. There seem to be a number of changes to the chocolates themselves so cannot comment on these until the recipient has tried them. I hope they are not disappointed at the changes. As always the ordering was easy, and the delivery very prompt.”

“Sadly not as my previous experiences. On opening box contents scattered and somewhat crushed. All individual items "Bloomed" Perfectly good to eat but disappointing as a gift to wife. I will re-order as I hope that this is a one off.”
